Terms of use

Plain version. The long legal text is available on request, but this covers the substance.

Your files are yours

You keep ownership of everything you upload. We store it, serve it back to your members, and otherwise leave it alone.

Fair use of storage

• Stay within your plan's quota. We'll warn you before you hit the ceiling.
• Don't use the vault to host malware or anything illegal where the workspace operates.
• Share links are your responsibility. Anyone with the link can open the file until it expires.

Availability

We aim for high uptime but don't promise perfection. Planned maintenance is posted on the status page in advance.

Ending an account

Cancel any time. You get 30 days to export before the vault is purged. We don't hold data hostage.
